Primal
problems of a department are:
scientific substantiation of
conceptual bases of the economic relations with Russian Federation concerning with volume
of the whole spectrum of the factors influencing to shaping of the relations;
situational monitoring and
comparative analysis of the tendencies of economic development of Ukraine and Russian
Federation;
granting of the recommendations and
offers on acceptance of concrete solutions in an orb of the Ukrainian-Russian economic
relations for optimization of the strategy and tactics of foreign trade activities of
Ukraine;
examination of administrative
solutions in an economic orb of the Ukrainian-Russian relations on maintenance of economic
interests of Ukraine;
coordination of scientific
researches on problems of the Ukrainian-Russian economic relations and publication of
outcomes of scientific researches on economic problems of the Ukrainian-Russian relations.
In the correspondence with
scientific problems, department:
gives its offers in the annual and month thematic
plans of researches of Institute, reports about their fulfilment;
realizes a comparison of the Ukrainian and Russian
approaches to shaping the mutual economic relations, development of the methodology and
coordination of complex study of economic problems of the Ukrainian-Russian relations with ó÷ ¸ volume of economic safety and interests of Ukraine, development of
a rational model of the Ukrainian-Russian economic relations basing on equivalent
conditions;
realizes comparison of macroeconomic parameters of
Ukraine both Russia; the analysis and forecasting of development of mutual relations of
Ukraine and Russia in a financial and credit orb, including the comparative analysis of
financial aspects of privatisation processes, condition of inflationary processes, payment
relations, courses of exchange, structure of the mutual and external debts, policy in an
orb of the taxation and struggle with shadow economy; gives the offer on normalization of
this orb of the Ukrainian-Russian economic relations;
investigates the Ukrainian-Russian relations in an
orb of business, movement of resources, trade and infrastructure, develops the offers on
development of joint business, mutual presence in the markets of the goods and services,
and also development of conceptual positions of export-import policy;
investigates problems of interaction of Ukraine
both Russian Federation in investment and scientific and technical orbs; realizes
comparison of an investment situation and investment climate; gives the offer on removal
of barriers on a path of a mutual investment or transfers of technologies, and also on
definition of investment priorities and effective directions of mutual presence in the
markets of the capitals;
by the order of government bodies of Ukraine the
Department realizes scientific examination of legislative and administrative solutions
concerning the Ukrainian-Russian economic relations and executes joint with ministries and
departments of Ukraine scientific works on directions of researches of a department.
the Department participated in development of the
interstate Program of economic complementation between Ukraine and Russian Federation for
1998-2007 years and today watchs a condition of its realization.
Department also realizes coordination of fulfilment
of the innovation project of introduction in a global computer web of information
resources of an export and war-technical potential of Ukraine. |
