INFORMATION RESOURCES OF EXPORT AND WAR TECHNICAL POTENTIAL OF UKRAINE IN CONDITIONS OF COOPERATION WITH RUSSIAN FEDERATION

STRUCTURE OF INFORMATION BANK AND ITS HARDWARES 1. Analysis of a condition of foreign trade mutual relations of Ukraine and Russian Federation in 1991-1997

Analytical evaluation of dynamics of commodity exchange between Ukraine and Russian Federation, modifications in a documentary structure of foreign trade between countries in 1991-1997, influence of competitiveness of Ukrainian production in the Russian market on a socio economic position of Ukraine.

- Necessities of the extension of export of domestic production in Russia in conditions of a contraction of a home market of sales;

- Modern conjuncture of the Russian market of the rather Ukrainian goods;

- And also cooperation, stipulated by the Program, between Ukraine and Russian Federation till 2007 of measures concerning motivation of export activity of the enterprises.

  5. Hardware of information basis about export and war technical potential of Ukraine

As the project is directed on creation and operation of basis of information resources, the main technical aspects of the project lie in the field of information technologies and i n c l u d e :

- Creation of a local network of information resources with an output in a global computer web INTERNET, improvement of interfaces, system and methodology of access in resources of a web;

- Creation, completion, and also purchase of the software for problem solving of accumulation, processing, systematization of an information, filling of knowledge bases and datas;

- Creation of an automated system of informational - analytical maintenance of solutions in an orb of the Ukrainian-Russian relations on the basis of a computer web of National Institute of the Ukrainian-Russian relations (NІURR);

The technical project was executed in two queues.

By outcome of first-order fulfilment was the development both the realization of structural - information scheme and drawing up of a typical example of a complex of hardware-software methods of automation and local network for information maintenance and support of basis of information resources.

Outcome of fulfilment of the second queue of the project has become association of corporate local networks of the interested ministries, departments and subdividings, which are included into structure of the Council of National Security and Defenses of Ukraine (CNSDU), in a uniform automated system of information maintenance of CNSDU activity .

By results of design complete the joint solution about introduction in operation of a hardware-software part of analytical centre can be accepted with the purpose of improvement on it of modern information technologies and creation of a system is informational - analytical of support of a decision making and intellectual information processing.
